You are the recipient of these terms and ‘you’, ‘your and ‘yours’ refers to you. We are techTesters Limited (‘techTesters’) and ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘ours’ refers to techTesters. By using, accessing, or submitting information to, this website, www.techtesters.com (the ‘Website’), or any part hereof, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions set out within this agreement (the ‘Terms’).

If you do not agree to the Terms then desist from using the Website immediately. We may alter the content of the Terms at any time and you warrant that you will check the Terms each time prior to making use of the Website and that you will desist from using the Website if you do not agree to such revised Terms.

1 Website use

1.1 You may make use of the contents of the Website for: (i) your personal, i.e. non-business, use in your capacity as a work-seeker, (ii) the purposes of assisting your recruitment objectives in your capacity as a hirer, and (iii) for other legitimate purposes that are related to the contemplation of entering into a contractual relationship with us; the term ‘Permitted Use’ shall be construed accordingly.

1.2 You will not upload, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses, computer code, files or programs, designed to damage, interrupt, or destroy the functionality of the Website or any computer hardware or software.

1.3 You are only permitted to print, or download to a single hard drive, contents from the Website for the Permitted Use. You may not download, print, or otherwise take copies of any materials from the Website other than for the Permitted Use. You may not make use of any of the contents of the Website other than strictly in accordance with the Permitted Use.

2. Intellectual property

2.1 The Website is the property of techTesters and all of the materials contained on the Website are protected by copyright and are, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property of techTesters.

3. Liability

3.1 Whilst reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained upon the Website we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of such information. The contents of the Website are for general guidance only and should not be relied upon, without obtaining verification of the same.

3.2 We make no warranty as to the security of the Website, nor that it is free from harmful impediments, including, but not limited to, viruses or Trojans.

3.3 You acknowledge that we are not liable for the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any information contained upon the Website; nor are we liable for any loss that you may suffer as a result of any harmful impediment acquired by virtue of your use of the Website. We exclude all warranties or representations, whether express or implied, to the full extent permitted by law.

3.4 You acknowledge that we are not liable for any losses suffered, whether such losses are direct or indirect and arising in contract or tort (including negligence), as may arise to you or any third party, out of your use of the Website.
